Hello Everyone!

Excel novice here.

The problem I have here is that; I'm trying to build a spreadsheet that would calculate commission for me.

-2% is paid daily on total revenue
-a $200 min guaranteed to each person

Mon Tues Weds Thurs Fri

John 900 1500 1400 0 500
Mike 1000 800 0 1600 2000
Eric 1600 0 1400 1000 600

I tried using IF statements, but doesn't seem to be working in this case, any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
