Can I have the report as example2:
Example2 shows column D as negative value so I want Column A+B+C-D=Grand Total


Eg1:
A B C D GrandTotal
1 11 21 31 64
2 12 22 32 68
3 13 23 33 72
4 14 24 34 76
5 15 25 35 80
6 16 26 36 84


Eg2: (column A+B+C-D),

A B C D GrandTotal
1 11 21 31 2
2 12 22 32 4
3 13 23 33 6
4 14 24 34 8
5 15 25 35 10
6 16 26 36 12


Whenever I drag and drop all comes is like Eg1, adds up to Grand total.

Please help!!!

Hello,

I often do Reports on Pivot Table.
my execl's Column A,B,C & D value adds up and gives me total through pivot table.
But wat I want is A+B+C-D
I want the total of ABC minus Column D values.
