This does not work, however when i open the recycle bin it is empty, if i click on empty the recyle bin, it tell me there are 82 items for deletion, but i cannot see them

Okay try this, right click recycle big, then go to properties then look for the check box DO not move items to the Recycle bin delete immediately uncheck that if it is checked.

ok, if i delete a document then i go into the recycle bin all the deleted items disappear without me actual pressing the delete all folders button within about five seconds. However if I do press delete all folders it says are you sure you want to delete 82 files, but does not displays them. (i want some of the files i put into the recyle bin back)
