Try this, go to start-run then type in SFC and see if any files are found that need to be fixed, if so then fix them. ------------------

the transportation unit where i work uses an access based software program. the program has stopped showing scheduled trips so i was using access to open the db and get to the table to look up info. now someone has tried to use it and when i open access and then the db and start to sort my table a message comes up and then access shuts down. the message is as follows: Required registry information is missing and this application cannot run. Please rerun setup to correct this problem. i reloaded access and the transportation software and am still getting the same message. PLEASE HELP!!!!! any suggestions appreciated. IP: Logged |
