It is possible that you saved the contact to a personal address book on the one computer. Do you know where the contact record was saved? Click on the address book icon in Outlook, normally looks like a book up in the menu buttons. See if it is in the Personal Address book or in the Contacts folder. Move the information to 'Contacts" if so.

At my work, we have outlook networked. We have three computers. All three are able to use the same Mail account. On two of them, If I add a contact to the contacts, It will show up on all the rest, but on those two computers, when i create a new email and try to use the address book to send to the new contact it wont work. It will only work on the host computer...what is wrong?
