From there select how to combat Spyware, in this archive there are many tools, which will help you combat this problem. If you need assistance locating a driver, and you do not know what type of hardware you have, then go here http://www.majorgeeks.com/download181.html download AIDA 32 and this software should tell us the information you need so that we can find the correct driver. Any other driver related problems should be asked in this forum.

I have downloaded the driver & installed it. The PaperPort software appears to be installed. The icon in the lower right task bar has an X thru it. Clicking on the icon, the Copy & Scan icons are visible, but clicking on Copy produces message that scanner is not connected. The power cord is plugged in, the power turned on, the USB cable plugged into both the scanner & tower. Help!
