i am told my computer has graphic problems by my friend. When i am watching a movie, i can't watch at full screen because it becames slow, i can only watch at 100% and at 200%. when i open an excel file and i start scroll, the page moves slower than iam moving it with the mouse. please advise what i can do to improve this situation.
