yeah i just downloaded that exact driver earlier today, but i won't be able to test it until i get windows running again. I think it is the right one though. I did a google image search for per4mer and found the right product name. Its name is a Per4mer turbo wheel. thx for your time.

it is a steering wheel that you can use by itself, or plug into a peice that has 2 pedals and plug the pedals into the computer.

i got the thing from a yard sale, so i didn't get any info about it, all it says on it is Per4mer, and its not USB, its seems pretty old.

Its a Steering wheel/Pedals combo, with 8 buttons on the steering wheel piece. I can't find a driver for use on windows98
