What is the name of the camera, and is the connection USB? Do you know if you haev Windows 98SE? To find out, go to my computer, right click it, then go to properties and then look under system does it say Second Edition?

yes i can continue by pressing any key but if i plug in my digital camera i get same problem barring all the functions i have win 98 cd

What is the whole error message? Do you have your Windows 98 cd? You could try this, go to start-run, and then type in sfc and do a scan for any system files that maybe missing.
