I am having a problem trying to figure out why I keep getting this "msgsrv32 not responding" when I click ctrl-alt-del. my system freezes up and when I click ctrl-alt-del it tells me that msgsrv32 not responding.

If anyone can help and tell me what I can do to fix this I would be grateful.
