When I use programs on my desktop computer the backgrounds of the programs are in colour ( ie MS Money has a blue background) yet my Dell laptop has a white backround using the same programs.This makes some programs difficult to read. I have tried all the display settings but I cannot get back the colour althogh all other clours (such as photos ) are ok. I also cannot colour highlight words etc in MS Word or Excel. HELP!
