Hi, I have Windows XP Home Ed. and IE. My computer shows that I have a Microsoft Works Word Processor in the Start Menu and in the programs. Yet when I do search it doesn`t come up, yet still shows in the programs. So when I attempt to open it there, I only get a pop up box with this: wkswp.exe - unable to locate processor and another box one says: This application failed to start because LTKRN13N.dll was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem. Now where and how do I get it, to reinstall it, if it isn`t there? Also, something must be there, but why doesn`t it show up when I search? Any assistance will be appreciated. IP: Logged |
