Computer: Dell4550 2.4GHz, 512MB xP Pro SP1

For 2 of the user logins all music players (Win Media Player 10, iTunes, Audacity, Amazon CD player) run always muted and at 4x normal speed when the "play" arrow is selected. For the third user login all players run normally.
