Actually the way to do this would be to select "leave a copy on the server" from the advanced tab in OE, it will than insure that each system has exactly the same e-mail as they will all download the same content.

What is will not do is have a copy of the sent mail nor will it globally delete any mail.

You would need Exchange server to make them all behave exactly the same and have any changes on one instantly reflect on the others.

I have windows xp pro and I tried to create two Outlook identities but was unable to. How do you do it without creating two separate identities in xp pro itself? It can be done for regular xp.

You can, go to file- identities and then make a new identities, this will allow a user to enter a password and user name to switch to their data. And to allow Outlook to download the information to each computer, all you would need to do is create the inbox, and then once you have that setup, and then go to options and make check your send and receive settings. Is this what you were looking for?

I found beinsync.com and it sounds interesting but it doesn't support outlook express. It does support Outlook.

My wife uses Outlook and I use outlook experss on the same computers.

How do I start an outlook email account that is separate from my wife's? They seem to merge together. Thats why I use one email program and she uses another. However, there must be a way for two people to use Outlook.

I have two computers and a loptop all on the same netwok at home. How do I sychronize Outlook experss among the three? I'd like to be able to access the same emails regardless of which computer they download to. This must be possible

Is there a way of just sharing the same file?
