I would definitely recommend that you back up important files in case it turns out that this problem is something serious. I personally have used StompSoft's PC BackUp http://www.stompsoft.com/pc-backup/pc-backup.html and have had success with it. It is easy to use, and it is affordable, which is important for me considering I always opt for freeware if possible. IP: Logged |

Sounds like a hardware problem which a format would not fix. Some spec's of your system may help. Be aware that PB was widely known as the worst computer builder, they are not known for their quality. IP: Logged |

I have a Packard bell PC, and for some reason it keeps turning off...?? I have done a re-format which I thought would of cured the problem and now started to install software that I need, and now I find that it again turned off.......please help..!! IP: Logged |
