Unless it was logged, no you can't. Some IM's do though. Like ICQ, it will hold the message for awhile, intill overwritten by some new IM's.

I am not sure if this can be done with AIM, lets see if Nollage knows how to do this, he knows a lot about AOL.

I was wondering if there is anyway to retrieve an old instant message without using a special program. (I have seen these programs advertised for businesses.)

I am running Windows 98, AIM95, and the message was not saved previously, but from my understanding it should still be around somewhere. Thanks for any suggestions.
