We are attempting to utilize ABE on a Clustered Domain DFS root. We are having issues with getting ABE to work. We have utilized Microsoft Q301588 on How to Use DFS on a Server Cluster to Maintain a Single Namespace and we have attempted the steps defined in Microsoft Article ID 907458 How to implement Windows Server 2003 Access-based Enumeration in a DFS environment.
The main issues that we are having are as follows.
Getting ABE to work on virtualized Cluster resources in a Domain DFS root

"Windows Server 2003 Access-based Enumeration makes visible only those files or folders that the user has the rights to access. When Access-based Enumeration is enabled, Windows will not display files or folders that the user does not have the rights to access. This download provides a GUI and a CLI that enables this feature." ------------------
