Sorry for the delay in my reply, I have been busy with the recent hurricane. Could be another program, have you recently deleted a program? Do you have an antispyware scanner such as Spybot, or Adaware?

If you go here http://toolbar.msn.com/ and look at the picture on the left. Do you have that, it should be in your browser.

Every time I log onto internet, after about 10min I receive a pop up box with::: "The MSNAPPAU.exe file is linked to missing export Advap132.dll:ConvertStringsSecurityDescriptorToSecurityDescriptorW".
Can anyone explain to me what this message means???
