when i start my pc before it gets to the welcoming screen this blue screen will appear saying windows has encountered problem and in order to protect windows xp from damages the system is shutdown. the message continues saying if this is my first time seeing this message i should restart the pc which i did but it came back.but if this is my second time or more i should uninstalled any new hardware or software but i did not installed any new hardware or software.please help me.
