I am trying to clean my system by formatting C, then re-installing Windows XP. My problem is when I try to format C it tells me there are programs running so it can't. Then when I try to use the Master CD it tells me the XP I have now is better than the one on the CD so it won't reload. I also have tried booting from the CD, but unfortunately that application is turned off in the set-up and I have forgotten my administrator pass-word. Any help?
