Must be software to make your sound lag...

I have compaq presario laptop.

For a little while now, the sound skips. When I log on to aol, shut down, boot up the pc. When I play dvds.

I have a movie on my pc that I made from video and the sound and I think even the video skips the whole time. I dont know what to do.

BUT... If I listen to RADIO through aol, I dont here any sound problems.
