Okay if you right click My computer, go to properties then go to advanced-error reporting and then you can click to disable error reporting hit apply and ok, does that make the error message go away? What error messages do you get when you get when you open up spybot?

I get an error message saying that windows can send a report or not when I try to open a folder I created a long time ago. It is where I have all my downloads put. I tried restarting my comp. several times with no luck. Also Spybot is not working either. Can you help, please? Thanks Ed
