can anybody tell me how to fix my problem with a packard bell computer. it was working fine then last night all the desktop disappeared just leaving the wall paper if i restart the computer it asks for the passwords as if starting up properley but then only the wall paper loads will not allow me to do anything else. i do not have any disks for it
