Okay I am not getting any results for that error message, so this is what I need you to do, is when you get that error message, I want you to hit the Print Screen keyboard button that is on your keyboard (it’s near the top, once you hit that button go to Start-Programs-Accessories-Paint then go to Edit Paste, now the image with the error message, you should see that, then save that picture, and name it error message and save it to a place that you can remember. Then open up your email, and attach that picture to the email, then email me at web_95@hotmail.com, make sure the error message is included with that picture. Once I see the error message, I should have a better idea on how to help you. I also need you to do the same method when you open up your email and the message appears, just name that file error1, and then the instance when the desktop loads, name that error.

Okay the message you get about the computer configuration, when does this happen, before you see Windows or a few seconds when you turn the computer on? This may sound like a dumb question but are you on the Internet when you attempt to check your email? How do you connect to the Internet? DO you have dial up (through your phone line) or broadband (Through your Phone Company or Cable (through your cable provider?)

I have a program for my e mail called incredmail. When I try to upgrade it my computer tells me that I need to be sure I am on the internt and try again. I also get the message that my compurter is Checking its configuration. I know very little about a compurer. I have tryed to contact the maker of Incredmail but no response. I think something is not set right or I did something to cause this problem.
