Okay try this, when you boot up before Windows loads, and after the system restarts about after 3 seconds after that, press the F8 key until you get to a menu then from that menu choose last known good configuration, and see if that works. If not then let us know.

I have lost all tabs on my display properties. I have tried the regedit thing, and the "kelly" replace registry thing. I have also tried re-downloading microsoft plus, but it comes up saying it won't play in DOS? I am at my wits end. No screen saver options, no hibernation options, nothing. Help me Obi-Josh-Kenobi, you're my only hope!
