I'm having a number of problems and I need a solution fast. I have Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. When I click on the program, it starts up, but nothing loads and it just sits there until it times out. I tried to uninstall Norton Internet Security but it says I can't because I don't have the rights to do so even though my User Account is set as Computer Administrator. I know that I'm definitely connected to the Internet because I can use AOL Instant Messenger perfectly fine. None of the Internet browsers work.
