Well you could format the drive, but that would loose all data on the drive. If this is a dual boot OS, then you could format what partition XP is on. Is this what you mean? I believe that you can only uninstall XP if you have an upgrade version of XP. http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q303661 would the format method work better for you?

Please excatly tell me way of Uninstaling of WINDOWS XP with Partition NTFS(and NTFS partition itself).
