AOL is notorious for starting up on it’s on, not closing, or crashing your computer. Anyway what might be happing is that some software might be trying to communicate with the Internet, so when n you close out AOL it opens up your Internet Browser. Or AOL by nature is not properly ending all its, processes. So when you want to close AOL, right click your taskbar, then go to task manger-look for AOL under applications, right click it, go to, go to process, right click that and then go to end process tree, and hit yes, now close task manager, does that stop AOL from loading back up?
