Well that would mean that your audio drivers are missing, lets see what kind you have. Go here www.majorgeeks.com/download181.html and download Aida32, this will let us know what kind of audio device you have. Go under the Multimedia section, and tell us all it says. ------------------ Powered by Intelligent Computing Solutions. For every problem, there is a solution. Well let’s have a look, if you go to start-control panel-sounds and audio devices. Then go to the sounds tab and under sound schemes make sure its windows default. Click yes, and then apply and okay did that help with the problem? ------------------ Powered by Intelligent Computing Solutions. For every problem, there is a solution. If its coming from the computer, that that noise is coming from the PC speaker. If it is a series of beeps then it could mean a warning signal, such as a fan inside your case is not longer working. Because you are in Windows, the beeping does not indicate a basic hardware error. Or it could be something with your sound device not configured right, or lost its settings. How comfortable do you feel about taking the case off the PC to see if fans inside are not working? ------------------ Powered by Intelligent Computing Solutions. Is it one beep after another, and does it come happen right after you turn the PC on, or does it take a couple of minutes then the noise starts? ------------------ Powered by Intelligent Computing Solutions.
