Okay if you go to my computer, right click the icon go to properties then go to hardware then device manager then look for CD/DVD drives hit the plus sign do any devices show up? ------------------ Powered by Intelligent Computing Solutions. Does the drive see DVD’s? Optical drives do not need drivers they have firmware, the OS will automatically install the drive, and the drivers for the device. ------------------ Powered by Intelligent Computing Solutions.
