Okay lets have a look at this PRIMARY MASTER DRIVE.........UNKNOWN DEVICE that should be your hard drive, do they have an auto detect feature? If so set to the detection to auto if you can. Also your hard is supposed to have a small white or semitransparent plug, with four wires inside the plug. That plug you see is the power plug, and the other plug you need to have hooked up is a wide data cable usually gray in color. In the cable you should see little bumps or lines; this is how the data travels to the motherboard and back to the drive. Make sure that is on the drive and this cable can only fit one way along with the Power plug. If you have any problems then let us know.

Okay from that error message you have, your hard drive is not being detected. So go ahead when you see the same screen press F2 to enter the BIOS. Now you will need to look for CMOS setup and make sure your hard drive is detected. I am not familiar with that BIOS so I don’t know exactly where this would be, but it should be near the top of the list. You will be looking for Primary disk 0 make sure that it is set to detected. If you cannot find it then let us know.
