Thanks Josh1, yes the virus is in the restor file. I now have fixed the virus.

To get access to that folder go here http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=http://support.microsoft.com:80/support/kb/articles/Q309/5/31.ASP&NoWebContent=1 does your virus scan tell you what the file is? Have you ran an online scan?

I have view all files and folders and display hidden system files ticked and the file that has the virus in does not apear in the folder it is supposed to be in.
The virus or worm only comes up sometimes.
Apart from the above, all works fine.
The anoying bit is where is this file/folder on my pc?
