Hiya Josh.
He reformatted through the doss, he knows how to reset the whole computer through doss from scratch so i now have a clean install and its running faster and better now than its ever done, it was a new computer 2 years ago and its never let me down before but there was lots of rubbish on, you know what i mean the stuff you collect over the years, ect, well i can only reformat the computer through booting from floppy and then changing to the original cd when promted, hes self taught and can do all sorts, its good to have a friend that knows some times dont you think.
Regards Carol.
Thanks Again.

Is the keyboard a USB keyboard? Does the whole computer freeze up, or is it just the keyboard not working?
