Do you use a pop-up blocker? If so, try disabling that.

i am tring to download a program from a website. the item does not download fully, and when i try to initialize it i recieve the error message "the application failed to initialize properly (0x0000135)". i have tried to disable my virus protection program to allow the download, but that did not work. does anyone have any suggestions?
