It could be something with the DVI adapter, make sure it is on tightly, if you plug your VGA cable into the VGA port does it work fine? I donn't know if this would help but try the degauss button on the montior

I have just purchased a HIS Rdeon 9250 card 1 * vga and 1 * dvi with also an tv outlet
card works wonderfulwith the one screen but had to buy an dvi to vga adapter to allow the other monitor to conect the monitor thats conected via the adapter has like a shadowing on the screen with makes all the detail blurry and like double texted aany ideas of whats wrong please

amd 2800*
His redean 9250 card
512ram
pansync e70 (secondary screen attached to adapter)
Phillips 107e monitor (primary)
