Dear Footlslog,

I happened to open a email attachment after which I encountered a C000021a error.I am able to start the Operating system,XP home ,but when I open any application I get the foll message for Eg:The instruction at 077f5b698 referenced memory at 0000000 the meory could not be read.I am unable to open any of the applications even the symantec antivirus system.Kindly advise .....
