Hi all;

I have a friend who hasn't been able to connect to the Internet for a few days now. He said he had a virus but wasn't able to isolate or remove it. I'm thinking if I can download a virus scan onto a CD I can then install the virus scan on his PC and do a scan. I was also going to download and run Adaware amd Spybot. Does anyone know of a good reliable virus scan that I can download and burn to a CD? I tried to get the PC into "Safe" mode but the guy who set his PC up the last time hid a lot of the admin functions and he's not availabale until at least Monday.
