shrinkwrap Junior Member	posted February 27, 2005 04:23 PM i went to creative labs and found i was current on my updates. i downloaded spybot and adaware. they both found problems and removed them, gosh i have ms antispyware, spybot, and adaware. i never knew i needed so much protection. thanks for your help! wedor Moderator	posted February 27, 2005 08:41 AM Here is a link to some info from a Creative Labs forum on the devdlr issue, http://uk.europe.creative.com/support/forums/thread.asp?thre=49143 I have had problems in the past with the HP all-in-ones and anti-virus programs, the realtime scanner needs to be turned off or the system well be extremely sluggish in some cases, you may want to see if you can get a newer driver for the printer to see if that helps solve the issue. I assumed the region you lived in was USA, but you can change it, if this is not correct. Go to creative.com-support-download drivers and then select the region you live in, and then go to autoupdate. Try this, go to the My computer icon, then right click it, then go to properties then go to hardware-device manager, then where you see Sound video and game controllers hit the + and some listings should come under the +. Do you see anything that says Creative Live Series?
