Okay do you have a firewall, and if so is it enabled, other then the XP firewall, and do you know if that is enabled? Trojans, usually come in through your ports, and a firewall that is hiding those ports should not allow that to get into your computer. The results of the virus scan, did Trend Micro delete them? Do you have a Lexmark printer, and some sort of Kodak picture maker?
These are the entries you need to delete in the Hijack this scan

C:\Program Files\Web_Rebates\WebRebates0.exe
C:\Program Files\VVSN\VVSN.exe
C:\PROGRA~1\Web Offer\wo.exe
C:\Program Files\Web_Rebates\WebRebates1.exe

Have you updated Adaware and Spybot? I hop;e that you are not talking abut the memory leak banner you see on a website, then you click it, because if that is what she is talking about, and it was clicked then most likely you have some stuff you do not need on your computer. As far as Service Pack 2, do not download it yet, lets get rid of all these problems. But, any other critical updates, then download them. So lets do this, make sure you update Adaware and Spybot, as far as the others I have never used them before so I don't know how they work. But before you delete objects with adaware and spybbot, go here, http://www.tomcoyote.org/hjt/ download Hijack, and read the introduction, then make a list and copy the results into your reply, then go here housecall.antivirus.com/housecall/start_corp.asp Let the system scan your system for any viruses,if any are found make note of that, and let us know. If you have more then 15 viruses, then you do not have to name them all. Then after that scan, then run adaware, but make sure you update adaware first. I know spybot has results that you have no idea what they are, so for now lets omit from running that. After you have done this then let us know.
