Can you tell us exactly error messages you get if any? And what program are these? What happens when you try to run them? And what exactly did your boyfriend do to your computer?

My b/f has COMPLETLY screwed up my computer . i have no idea what hes done to it but everytime i try to get into certain programmes it doesnt load properly. I aske some guy at a computer shop and he says that the best thing to do is bring it in and have them wipe the hard drive and reload the programmes back onto it. As tempting as it is to give him around $100, id rather keep it and learn how to do it myself. So i was hoping that someone out there could shed some light on how exactly id go about it
Thanks for taking the time to read this and i hope to hear from you soon
