Try this, Go to start-Control Panel- then look for administrative tools, or if you do not see it then go to performance and maintenance then go to administrative tools, then click on it then go to services. Then go look for Messenger, once found right click it and disable it and stop the service hit apply and ok. If that does not work, then let us know. We are stilll looking into the Outlook problem.

We are looking into the Outlook problem. As far as the popups, is this what you tried to do? Go to start-Control Panel- then look for administrative tools, or if you do not see it then go to performance and maintenance then go to administrative tools, then click on it then go to services. Then go look for Messenger, once found right click it and disable it and stop the service hit apply and ok.

Did you run the virus scan from Trend Micro with the link I provided you with? In addition to that, I would also download AdAware from here: http://download.com.com/3000-8022-10214379.html?tag=lst-0-1 run that and see what you come up with. Run the virus scan and see what happens, if nothing comes up, then we shall try something else.

Have you had a chance to determine why I am having problems with my email sending pictures?

I am also having problems with popups, even when I don't have my explorer open. I have went in and changed the setting in the control panel like you have suggested, but they are still poping up.

Thanks for all your help.

I am having problems sending Pic files and Bitmap files. Once I send them, they will go to the outgoing box and it keeps trying to send the file. The file will never transfer to the sent box and it will keep sending to the receiptant. It has sent the pics up to 100 times, before I had to go to the outgoing box and deleted file.
