Today, I noticed that I can't access some sites I normally vist. I did a search on this site for an answer but still couldnt find a solution. I'm on cable internet, my ISP is Comcast, I'm on wireless cable. I tried that c:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc - hosts file but it only had 127.0.0.1 local host on it. I dont know what else to do. And one of the sites is even my own forum. Any ideas? thanks.I tried HiJack This!, SpyBot and Webroot's Spysweeper..didnt help at all. I cant access these certain sites on my laptop as well but I know the sites arent down because I have asked people to test them out and they worked. I really hope Comcast didn't block the sites. I can't see a reason why either. There wasn't anything inappropriate about them. But I guess it looks like Comcast did block them as that IPCONFIG command didn't work. ![]() IP: Logged |
