Go here http://www.ravantivirus.com/scan/ and run the virus scan. When I did a search for sysval32.exe the result I got was a backdoor Trojan. This might be what you have Backdoor.IRC.Cireboot. After you run the scan let us know the results by pasting the results in your reply.

I am operating windows xp, for some reason a warning message popped up saying:
sysval32.exe unable to locate component
MSVCRDT.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

Is this a Windows problem or some other problem?
