First lets run adaware and spybot, download adaware here, http://download.com.com/3000-2144-10214379.html?tag=lst-0-1 then download Spybot here, http://download.com.com/3000-2144-10194058.html?tag=lst-0-1 make sure you run them both. If the file is still there, go into safe mode, to do this reboot the computer and when the computer is starting up, press F8 until you get to the advanced boot menu, then once there go into safe mode. Then you should be able to delete the file. Your best bet to get rid of this file, is not via add remove, but through adaware and spybot. Let us know if you have any problems.

On one of our XP machines I have a file that cannot be deleted through Add/Remove Programs or directly through explorer. The file (a dialup website) is C:\Program Files\Webdialer\xxxxx.exe. The message states access is denied. I would appreciate any advise. Thanks Misom
