It had to do with the way the users signed in. I set it up so we signed in under the same account, not the administrator's account.

Do you want the Windows Welcome screen? Or no password prompt at all?

Hi all

For some reason the windows password box is now popping up. It hasn't shown up in a long time. I know it can be disabled, but I've forgotten how. How do I diable it? It;s Windows XP Professional.

Thanks.
