And even after you sign unto AOL you still get that error message?

When I try to open IE6.0 I get the following message: The page cannot be displayed ... cannot locate server or dns error. I have both NetZero & AOL as Internet providers. Should I also have a proxy server? If so, how do I get one and will this fix my problem?
