Can you run the videos in safe mode, if you need be on the Internet at the time then boot into safe mode with networking support. And are there any error messages? ------------------ Powered by Intelligent Computing Solutions. For every problem, there is a solution. While reading a newspaper online and watch a story on video, after the video is over and trying to change to another story the screen freezes and there is no other way of getting out with rebooting computer. I can watch videos on other sites and mail but not on the newspapers. After reboot I do a scan disk and it shows there are errors on disk. after scandisk everything is ok. Any sugestions?
