Okay then try to remove the program in safe mode. To boot into safe mode reboot the computer, then before the Windows 98 logo comes up, and about two seconds after the system completely restarts press the F8 key until you get to a menu from that menu choose safe mode. Then try and remove the program. When done restart as normal. ------------------ For every problem, there is a solution. nothing happens the screen freezes i ctrl+alt+del to end the task then carry on with other work .each time i try the mouse on the add/remove button it freezes.. IP: Logged |

unable to remove realjukebox and spinnerplus programs from the add/remove program box in the control panel.any thoughts????? IP: Logged |
