Your welcome when you download the file, have you tried to open the file instead of saving it? If to then try that.

I WAS TRYING TO DOWNLOAD A CSV FILE FROM THE INTERNET. THE BOX APPEARED ALONG WITH A STRING OF NUMBERS WHICH MEAN NOTHING TO ME I AM AFRAID, WINDOWS/DESKTOP MS-DOS BTBILL~1CSV, I THINK THE STRING REFERS TO THE ACCOUNT I WAS TRYING TO OPEN????????

unable to load programme, microsoft box appears on screen informing me "Service profile is damaged "also an additional box arrives with a warning "w940f32w.dll not found.".any thoughts please.
