Have you recently deleted or added any program? Have a look in msconfig-startup, and uncheck all applications and then go back into msconfig and one by one checking the boxes until you have found the offending program.

Whenever I start or reboot my computer, I get the following error message.

"Unable to create/initialize the application"

This message gives no clue as to what the problem application might be so how the heck am I supposed to fix this?
